Broccoli Walnut Salad
2 Cups Broccoli Florets Diced in 1/4 inch cubes
1/4 Cup Diced White Onion
1 Cup Halved Grape Tomatoes
1/2 Cup Walnut Pieces
2 Tbsp Vegenaise
Pinch Cayenne Pepper (Optional)
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and serve on a bed of Boston lettuce or alone with
an Avocado halved and seeded.
