NutriCheck was developed by an Australian Naturopathic Doctor to be able to give you a look at the probability of your nutritional dysfunction and to see if Allergies, Sugar Metabolism, Digestion, and Bowel Flora problems could be a possible factor in those deficiencies.

Note: Remember when you look at the diet suggestions that they may have to be modified to the foods available in this country. Some of the foods are not familiar to us.

The Cost of the assessment is $25.00

You can fill out the questionnaire at home or in the store, but make sure that you take your time and answer the questions accurately.
